For Coaches & Facilitators
Run an Experience Journey your group actually finishes
A structured arc for the weeks around your work together. Participants reflect privately in the Longivy app; you see only what the group as a whole has agreed to share.

The main offer
Available nowThe Experience Journey
Most of what you teach is undone in the weeks nobody watches. An Experience Journey keeps a light structure running through those weeks — without turning you into a monitor.
You set the arc
Choose the length and the theme — a weekend intensive, a six-week programme, the fortnight after a retreat.
Participants join with a code
One QR code or link. They use the Longivy app on their own phone. Nothing to install on your side.
A short daily reflection
Under a minute. Sleep, energy, stress, mood, and whatever the day actually asked of them.
You see the group, not the person
Participation, consistency and the themes coming up across the group — never an individual entry.
Privacy
Their reflection stays private
People are only honest in a journal nobody is reading. So what a participant writes is theirs. As the facilitator you receive approved, aggregate, group-level information — never an individual's entries or score.

What the participant sees. Only they see it.
The participant sees
- Their own daily reflection, in their own words
- Their Wellness Score and how it moves
- Which markers are carrying them and which are not
- Everything, and only they, unless they choose to share it
You see
- How many of the group are taking part
- How consistently the group is reflecting
- Group-level movement across the journey
- Themes the group has approved for sharing
No individual entries. No individual scores. No medical information.
Ways to partner
Three routes, honestly labelled
Most facilitators start with an Experience Journey. The others exist for people who work differently — or who are waiting for something we have not finished yet.
Experience Journey
The main offer. A guided arc for your group with private daily reflection and group-level insight for you. Run it around a retreat, a course or an ongoing programme.
Longivy Pro referral
The lightest route. Recommend Longivy Pro to the people you already work with and let them continue on their own between sessions. Terms are agreed directly with us.
Program Mode
A longer, more structured multi-week format for facilitators running formal programmes. Not open yet — we would rather say so than take a booking we cannot honour.
The books
Something to put in their hands
Written by Dr Kostas Pisios, MD. Facilitators use them as the reading that runs alongside a journey — and as the thing participants keep when the journey ends.

To follow
Longevity Secrets
From how wellness comes to you.
Who it's for
Anyone who works with a group
If the people you work with go home between sessions, an Experience Journey fits.
FAQ
Questions facilitators ask
No. A participant's reflection and their Wellness Score are private to them. You receive approved, aggregate, group-level information only.
How many of the group are taking part, how consistently they are reflecting, how the group is moving across the journey, and the themes the group has agreed to share.
A guided arc you attach to your work — a retreat, a course, a programme. Participants reflect daily in the Longivy app for the length of the journey. It is available now.
Program Mode is in development. It is a longer, more structured multi-week format. We will tell you when it opens rather than take a booking against a date we cannot keep.
You recommend Longivy Pro to the people you already work with, using your own link. Terms are agreed directly with us as part of the partnership conversation.
No. Participants use the Longivy app on their own phones. You share a code or link and receive the group summary.
No. It is a reflection tool. It does not diagnose or treat anything, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.
We work with facilitators who already run groups, in whatever discipline. Tell us what you run and we will say honestly whether a journey fits it.
Tell us what you run
The format, the length, roughly how many people. We will come back with the journey that fits — or tell you honestly if one does not.
